1. What AgentShowPro Is

AgentShowPro is an online marketplace connecting licensed real estate agents with showing assistants who perform property showings on their behalf. AgentShowPro is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AgentShowPro. Agents must hold a valid real estate license in their state. Assistants must be either a licensed real estate agent or an unlicensed showing assistant who has completed AgentShowPro's background check process.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Agents are charged at the time of booking. Assistants receive payment within 24 hours of a completed showing via their connected Stripe payout account.

5. Cancellations

Agents may cancel a showing at any time and receive a full refund. There are no cancellation fees. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Liability

AgentShowPro is a technology platform only. We are not responsible for the conduct of any Agent or Assistant, the outcome of any showing, or any property damage that occurs during a showing.

7. Termination

AgentShowPro may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AgentShowPro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of AgentShowPro. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws. AgentShowPro will issue a 1099-NEC form for earnings over $600 in a calendar year.

2. No Employment Relationship

Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship. AgentShowPro does not control your work hours, methods, or schedule. You are free to work for other platforms and clients simultaneously.

3. Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your AgentShowPro earnings, including self-employment tax. AgentShowPro does not withhold federal, state, or local taxes from your payments.

4. Background Check

As a condition of joining as a Showing Assistant, you consent to a background check. AgentShowPro reserves the right to decline or terminate access based on background check results at its sole discretion.

5. Professional Standards

You agree to conduct all showings professionally, arrive on time, treat clients with respect, and comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations in your state.

6. Liability

You are solely responsible for your conduct during showings. AgentShowPro is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your work as a showing assistant.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all client information confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than completing the assigned showing.

1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide at signup (name, email, role, license number), information about showings you post or claim, and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or Social Security Numbers on our servers — these are handled securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to operate the AgentShowPro platform, process payments, send notifications about your showings, and comply with legal obligations such as tax reporting.

3. Who We Share It With

We share your information with Stripe (payment processing), and with the Agent or Assistant you are matched with (name and contact info only, as necessary to complete the showing). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your data from our active systems within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
